We see the education of each child as a partnership between the school, parents, and the church. God is entrusting us to get the most from each student’s God-given gifts. We’re a covenant school, meaning we accept students from families where at least one parent is a Christ-follower and our school environment is a warm, friendly place. Our leadership-oriented mission includes developing students spiritually, emotionally, and socially, and the best part of PCA is the teachers and families who rally together to accomplish this. This year’s seniors have already been accepted to colleges from the Ivy League to top schools on the West Coast; their merit-based scholarship totals are in the millions. At PCA, we emphasize critical reasoning and teach our students to think beyond memorization. If you can teach that, the subject matter is irrelevant as students will be prepared academically and equipped for navigating scenarios throughout their lives. A deep Christian school experience is our fundamental commitment at PCA, so that each and every day your child, even your family, is immersed in sound Biblical teaching, mentoring and dynamic spiritual growth. Our students study the Word, help each other grow and they put their faith into action through mission trips and meaningful service to the community while growing toward a faith that is truly their own for a lifetime. Pantego Christian Academy was started in 1963 by Pantego Bible Church on a 7-acre site between Arlington and Pantego to fulfill the desire of some of the church members for a Christian kindergarten for their children. Since that time, Pantego Christian Academy has established itself as a premier Christian private school. In 1997, the school became an independent school, purchasing the Pantego Bible Church facilities for its use while the church built facilities at a new location. God’s leading has been evident from the first kindergarten classroom to becoming the college preparatory Christian school we are today. The legacy of Christian education from those early days is blessing a new generation today and preparing to bless future generations as His plan for His school continues to unfold. Equipping servant leaders to honor Christ and impact the world.

We believe the child is in the process of becoming: - A moral being who is responsible and accountable for his/her actions; - A confident, competent learner, - Academically prepared; - Independent; - Intrinsically motivated and autonomous; - Critical and creative thinker and problem-solver; - Socially responsible; - Compassionate; - Peacemaker; - Able to handle external authority; - Protector of the environment and its resources; - Respecter of all persons; and - A productive, caring community citizen. Our mission as a Montessori school is to equip children for life. The Parent-Teacher-Child Triangle graphically depicts the portrait of a TMA graduate; it identifies that we choose to do our work in partnership with families. In the school environment, professionals are expected to model the attributes daily and to provide opportunities within and outside of the classroom for children to develop the attributes. Likewise, in the home environment, parents are expected to model the attributes daily and to provide opportunities for children to develop the attributes. These attributes, developed in our students, are the outcomes of TMA’s educational program. Our vision is to extend our mission beyond the students at TMA. We strive to integrate parents and teaching professionals into a true learning community that impacts our neighboring communities and the greater Montessori professional community. All of us share in the responsibility for advocating the success and the “magic” of what goes on in Montessori classrooms in our surrounding community and beyond.

When interested, a child becomes self-motivated. Self motivation leads to becoming self-disciplined. We as a community of learners, seek to develop confident, independent and caring students with clear intellectual fortitude and a proclivity to question and explore change rather than avoid it. Our faculty has the time and dedication to be responsive to each individual student. The core curriculum is college preparatory, with a focus on science, engineering, history, language and fine arts, blended with local and international life application opportunities, the perpetuation of Texas culture and history, and commitment to community and environmental responsibilities. Above all, the Northstar experience is one which nurtures every student’s natural desire to learn, where learning is adventurous and exciting. Northstar School was created by a small group of parents dedicated to providing a unique, robust, state of the art educational environment. We opened our doors in 2006, and graduated the first senior class in 2011. Those first students along with family and friends turned a home into a school. Rooms were altered to create new classrooms. The outdoor space was adapted to include gardens for the students, an outdoor kitchen for the culinary classes, as well as facilities for a robust 4H program. From the beginning Northstar delivered the time tested combination of excellence in classroom education with real world application opportunities. Subject matter experts along with creative and outstanding educators have been sought out to develop and deliver this blended curriculum. The home-like environment is consistent with the family approach to your child’s education. Northstar embraces each student and their family and welcomes them. The success of every student is individually valued by each member of the faculty and board of directors. Our success is accomplished through the customization of an education curriculum for each student. Routine review of curriculum and individual needs has been and will continue to be an essential element for your student’s education plan. Northstar’s history is rich with success and memories.

Park Row Christian Academy has operated at the same location on Park Row Drive in Arlington, since 1968 and shares space with the Park Row Church. PRCA has evolved from a Thursday school for preschoolers into a five-day-a-week preschool and elementary school. Hundreds of teachers have taught thousands of students from Arlington and surrounding cities. The original “Children’s Center” was started by a group of volunteer women. In order to be licensed by the State of Texas, the founding board was required to show that there was a need in the community for an early childhood center in Arlington. Fortunately, the Children’s Center pre-registered 100 students the very first time they advertised the school! The mission was to help children grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. In 1999, after receiving donations of $2.5 million, the Children’s Center moved into new, expanded and remodeled preschool and kindergarten facilities. Continuing in the tradition of excellent, foundational education, a first grade class was added in 2000 and Park Row Christian Academy was born! By 2004, PRCA had extended the elementary school through the eight grade. In 2007, Park Row Christian Academy earned its dual accreditation from NCSA and SACS. In 2012 the school began a Homeschool Enrichment Program to fulfill a need for homeschool families. Since God has richly blessed and sustained the school, Park Row Christian Academy continues to provide affordable, Christian education in a nurturing and safe environment.
