When Chad Dillard decided he wanted to open his own business in March of 2016, he knew he wanted to work with people and provide a service they could appreciate for years to come.
Chad is married and has 5 children. He served in the US Army and then worked in home security as well as oil and natural gas prior to opening Fresh Coat Painters of Schertz. I founded Southern Painting in 1989, in Plano, Texas, after seeing the need for a professional painting company in the area.
