We are founded on two main principals that helps set us a part. Number 1. “Treat others as we would like them to treat us”. Number 2 “40/40 principle” this is a principle that Frank originated and uses everyday.
Let me explain the principle of 40/40 so everyone can understand.
The short story version is that everyone is going thru a process in life. We have no control over what happens to us but we can control how we react to whatever we are going thru with a good attitude we can go thru our process much faster.
Based on the story of Moses and the Israelites going to a land that they were promised. It took 40 years for them to make it from Point A and Point B. The distance between Point A and Point B should have only taken 40 days.
The reason that was given for why it took so long for them to make it to their final destination was because they instead of accepting the change all they could do was complain and murmuring caused them to be lost for 40 years. Frank noticed as well that in his life in business and personal that if he struggled against his process his test or process was much longer. He says that he almost lost it all financially. He went to the brink of having his doors closed and even almost foreclosure. He says that his lowest day was the day he and his wife searched for change in the couches just to buy food for their small children. He says when he chose to surrender and forgive his debtors and only then did See the difference. This was the turning point in the business and he says that he owes it all to this experience that he had. This is one of his Core principles that he shares on a daily basis.
