My first career was in restaurant management; during that time my appreciation for the connection between setting, food, and community deepened.

That kid grew up playing in his grandfather's warehouse, who was an architect with his very own design-build firm in rural Wisconsin. That same kid who would later begin to understand and admire the cabinetry business his own father gave 30 years of his working career to. Present day, more than fifteen years in the interior architecture and home remodeling industry, William Adams has had the privilege to work on a variety of projects across the nation, both small and large scale. With an educational background in Industrial Design, several years working for prestigious corporations such as Wood-Mode, Christopher Peacock Home, SieMatic and Henrybuilt, William has the foundation to create well-designed homes and spaces to be experienced.
William Adams has a comprehensive knowledge of both kitchen and bath remodeling, as well an extensive understanding of spatial design. In that spirit, here is a detailed breakdown of each stage of the interior design process.
We listen deeply to how you want your home to support your goals for yourself, your family, your life. You will be sent a client questionnaire. This helps us better understand how you use your space, what your goals are and what your expectations are. Have you taken our Style Quiz?
If you are working with an architect or a builder, we will contact them directly to begin our process of collaboration, and we will remain in contact with them throughout the project.. We will tour your home and talk through any design issues you would like to see resolved. We will discuss your style questionnaire and budget during this visit and also plan our next steps.
Together we edit out the impractical ideas, the things that simply won’t match, and help you Marie Kondo the heck out of your ideas. We measure your space, create construction documents and create renderings so you know everything fits, functions, and works together. Your designer will typically begin with floor plans, laying out any furniture you would like to keep and any pieces you would like us to source, so you can see how everything will fit. After you approve the floor plans, we begin shopping for pieces, fixtures, and finishes
We scour the globe for pieces that reflect your personal style that all work together. We take the best that fits your budget and show it to you for your approval. This will likely be done during multiple in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and/or via email. Once you approve items, we will request a deposit payment via a Proposal, and we will purchase, track, receive, store, deliver and install for you.
For projects involving construction, we visit the site, communicate with the builders and architects to make sure your vision is executed on time and on budget.
Bleu Leman is named for the serene and beautiful Swiss lake, Lac Leman, where I grew up. It connects sprawling vineyards on one side, and the picturesque Alps on the other. It's expansive and ever-changing; its beauty is a great source of inspiration to me. Nestled in the heart of Western Europe, the Lac Leman region is also home to a mixture of different people and cultures, rich with a host of architectural traditions and design influences that intermingle effortlessly.
We are all mixtures of taste, culture, and experience and I believe that our living space should reflect that. As a designer, I want to help my clients create a comfortable space that is not only beautiful but accessible – a reflection of their own personality where they'll enjoy spending time and can truly feel at home. I appreciate how color, shape and texture work to enhance and alter the mood of a space. My choice of furnishings, textiles, colors, and lighting revolve around getting the look and feel just right.

Johnelle Mancha, is the lead designer & owner of Mignonne Decor. An artist and designer, her process of conceptualizing new projects stems from her fine art background. Fluent in French, her early years of bilingual education fueled her passion of the arts. She went on to continue her studies both in Paris, and in Florence, Italy at The Accademia Di Belle Arti Di Firenze. With a bachelors in fine arts, she draws from her passion of paint, and her hands on approach is applied to the spirit of her work and life.
