Serving The Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC Area With The Mission To Represent Lifestyle And Excellence!
Providing You The Highest Level Of Expertise, Knowledge, Service And Integrity! Staged Properties Sell Higher And Faster.
Properly staged homes show better than other listings, which creates the impression that the home will sell quickly. This creates a heightened sense of urgency that encourages buyers to place higher bids in order to not lose the property. On the other hand, poor staging costs the seller thousands of dollars because they lack that urgency and often end up going stale on the market. Today’s savvy buyers will use the extended time on market against the seller to rationalize significantly lower ‘bully’ offers.
"Thanks to the most awesome staging of my recent listing, we went Under Contract in twenty four hours, and SOLD for $25K above list price. Trendy & most appealing. Thanks so much Vicky." Sherry Y.

TriVistaUSA is a family-owned boutique design + build firm based in Arlington, Virginia. Owners and founders, Michael and Deborah Sauri, built the company as a team around one central mission: to provide high quality and creative designs with an aesthetic yet practical flair woven into their client’s lifestyle needs.
Michael Sauri first gained experience in 1999 when remodeling his first investment house in Baltimore. An interested client sparked Michael’s creative and entrepreneurial spirit; soon Michael and Deborah founded TriVistaUSA, a firm grounded in teamwork. The name itself is an anagram of their two last names, enmeshing the value of collaboration that is the basis of the company. Drawing from Michael’s background as a professional musician and Deborah’s experience in graphic design, the pair easily translated their creativity and artistry into elegant and inventive living spaces.
Founded in 2005, the company was tested early on by the economic climate of 2008. TriVistaUSA faced a high stakes challenge—either to be a company people pursued, or to close up shop. Not only did Michael and his team stay afloat, they flourished, gaining attention and accolades, and over 40 (and counting) related awards, including being voted Best Builder by the readers of Arlington Magazine in 2021. Michael Sauri has recently been named the President of The Professional Remodeling Organization, Mid-Atlantic chapter (PRO Mid-Atlantic).

Koos Design will provide extraordinary interior design consulting, project management services, and digital renderings. Designing and developing experiences by utilizing the spaces to reflect your taste and your lifestyle!
Interior designer and owner of Koos Design, LLC. Headquartered in Arlington, VA, I work locally as well as regionally on small to large scale residential and small commercial projects.
Over the past seven years as a designer, I have pursued many creative paths. Student, intern, junior designer, head project manager, traveler, dreamer. All of these endeavors have led me to where I am today, owner and designer at Koos Design.
I've had a vested interest in all things design and sales my entire life. I grew up associating the Eames lounge chair with my grandfather’s study and learning to take my first steps around a Noguchi coffee table, which acted as a balancing piece.
I didn’t realize my passion for interior design until one day I caught myself in the middle of an accounting class building homes on a computer game named The SIM’s. That wasn’t my first time, every day after elementary school I would rush home just to get on the computer to play the game.
If you aren’t familiar with The SIM’s, you build and manage communities and families. Starting with creating the family, buying the lot, building then furnishing the home, and once completed you manage the people. Except I did not care for managing the people, I would find myself focusing on the lot, counting the squares on the screen which replicated the property and creating floorplans on graph paper. I would then build the home, including all of the homes fixtures, finishes, and furnishings.
As the years went on I realized that I had a greater passion for design, helping people, and giving them the resources needed to create their dream spaces. Ever since starting Koos Design in 2018, no other job or career has ever felt right for me.
