    Immigrant Law Group

It is about the person, not the process.

That’s where our name comes from: Immigrant Law Group. Our entire philosophy is based on the very simple concept that human beings deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Every person has a story of her hopes, fears, dreams, desires — the things she wants for herself, her future and her family. Our lawyers focus on the people in the stories. Our task is to solve the immigration puzzle. So that is what we do, every day for each of our clients.

We are human rights lawyers that defend immigrants and their families. We stop unjust deportations. We file petitions for spouses and children. We provide counsel to same-sex couples seeking unification. We assist immigrants in becoming United States citizens.

Our mission is straightforward. We are a public-interest focused, private law firm that provides legal representation in immigration-related matters to immigrants and their families. We assist in family reunification, protecting persons fleeing persecution, and guaranteeing access to benefits and rights under immigration laws and the Constitution of the United States.
