Puget Sound Floral is online only custom floral design studio located at www.pugetsoundfloral.com. If you prefer to place your order over the phone our phone hours are 9-5 M-F.
We are closed on some Saturday and Sunday for events. The calendar through the website will tell you what days we are not available due to event schedule.
The studio is not open to the public. However, we are available by appointment if you are planning an event. Please call to schedule a time.
We offer you same day delivery via or website phone by 1pm. Please note during major holidays cut off time for same day delivery may vary.
In the event that a recipient is not home or does not answer, your order will be left either at the door, with a neighbor or management office. If these options are not available or the driver feels we are taking a risk, the order will be returned to the shop with a note to contact shop for redelivery.
We only deliver during business hours. We well do our best to accommodate time request but can not guarantee an exact time delivery. If you have any concerns about specific delivery times please call.
