Zach Simon started Sparkle Mobile Dog Grooming because there is a shortage of qualified groomers. After spending much of his time behind a desk pushing papers, he decided to do something that not only helps our furry friends, but also provides a wonderful service to their owners.
Zach is a graduate of the O.C. Academy of Pet Styling. There he learned all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and brushing to clipping and fine finishing. He is also a member of the American Mobile Groomers Association.
Zach’s family consists of his wife, Renee, his daughter, Rachel, and our two dogs, Sparkle, the Golden Retriever, and Blossom, a Bernese Mountain Dog.

bark! bark’s! vision began back in 1999. This is the cool scoop no one knew about, but here it is! bark! bark! was established by founder, Vivian Dominguez. While working a full-time job, Vivian founded bark! bark! as a small, one-woman show. After working a full-time shift, Vivian would do what she really loved to do, and that’s be with the pups. Throughout my life I’ve had a deep love and passion for animals, whether taking care of my own pets, bringing home strays or feeding the neighborhood cats. As a child I often dreamed of living on a farm with as many pets as I could afford to feed and as an adult I’ve always had at least a couple of dogs and a bird or a bunny.
After getting married and having our daughter, my husband and I discovered we loved to travel, but finding a good pet sitter was always the dilemma. We discovered Alpha Pet Care through a friend and there began my journey within the pet care industry.
Their in-home pet sitting was the perfect solution for us, as we not only had dogs but a bunny and two birds as well. After using their services for several months and being very impressed, I thought how wonderful it would be to walk dogs and care for a myriad of pets all day long! My ideal job.
