I also asked him to take a look at my washer because I just realized that morning when I was clearing the laundry room out for him to work, that it has a leak. He offered me several suggestions about what could be causing the leak, and offered honest and reasonable advice. I was impressed with his friendliness and thoroughness. UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful. The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I’m very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.
